Summary: Good location just above town. Easy access to tram outside hotel lobby. Well equipped kitchenette though a peeler and a can opener would have made it perfect. Comfy bed. Nice to be able to open windows up wide. Bathroom fan was noisy and there was a bit of noise from the street below. Suited our budget.

Summary: This place seemed nice in the pictures but no. No teatowel Broken glass on dining chairs Quite dirty See through blinds no blockout No phone to ring reception No handtowels or face washers Sofa bed wasn't made as we requested Showerhead didn't stay up A plastic bag over the smoke alarm Previous peoples clothes in a cupboard Balcony had pillars blocking view - the ones below us were nice and open and cheaper rooms. I don't normally complain but this wasn't good. Staff seemed nice enough. NOT HAPPY JAN and wouldn't recommend.

Summary: Not a great experience. Booked for 4 adults, arrived to the accommodation and only 2 beds made up (a single and a double). Went back down and they had housekeeping come and make up the ‘sofa bed’. I ended up sleeping on the floor because it was more comfortable than the sofa bed. The photos make this accommodation look a lot better than it is, I had another booking at this property for later in the year that I have now cancelled and booked somewhere else.

Summary: Listing was highly deceptive. Room received was very old and in need of significant TLC, and not what described on listing. Cleanliness okay. Bed sheets thin, and torn in places - pillows were VERY old and stained with no protectors for either pillows or mattress in place. Issue with portacot not being provided on check in, however resolved by staff later on evening. Good car parking available for smaller cars.

Summary: Super close to the city, at a reasonable price. However it was quite dirty (under the bed there was remains from previous guests), cleaning service only came on request even though we were there for over a week. The beds were very dated and not very comfortable and we had bed bugs biting us. Would be much nicer if basic cleaning and maintenance would be done.

Summary: Our room did not have extra pillows or blanket. We did get these when we asked. It had no dishwashing liquid so we left our glasses to be washed by staff. We did not realise till we got there that reception is separate to accommodation. We had to walk outside the building to get to accommodation. It’s not a bad accommodation but not near top star neither
